Return and Refund Policy

7 days change of mind
Mix Steel offers a seven-day Change of mind policy. If you want to return any unused or unopened products purchased by customers within seven days after purchase, Mix Steel will accept the return of any unused or unopened products purchased by customers in Mix Steel. Customers cannot damage or graffiti the products they want to return for a refund. If a customer wants to return a returned product to Mix Steel for a refund, the customer can only attach the mailing information or sticker to the mailing package.
Return and refund steps:

1. Please contact us by email for the item you would like to return and refund and send us the photo and invoice number of the product the customer wants to return and refund.

2. After receiving the email, Mix Steel will reply to the customer within 3-5 working days.

3. Customers are required to return their products to Mix Steel's employees with signatures from both parties, Mix Steel’s staff will check that the returned products comply with Mix

Steel's return and refund policy, and if so, Mix Steel will refund to the customer's account as soon as possible.

4. Customers are required to notify Mix Steel by email after receiving the refund from Mix Steel.

Remember: not all products are returnable, please communicate clearly with Mix Steel staff before returning the products.
